■ Moscow State Academy of Choreography
國際芭蕾舞學校,之前談過的有The Paris Opera Ballet School 及俄羅斯的 Vagonava。
今次介紹的學校,也是在俄羅斯 — Moscow State Academy of Choreography。
The Moscow State Academy of Choreography is better known in the west by several unofficial names, including The Bolshoi Ballet Academy, The Bolshoi Academy, The Bolshoi Ballet School, The Moscow Choreographic Institute, The Moscow Ballet School, The Bolshoi Moscow Ballet School and The Bolshoi Theatre Ballet School.
It is one of the oldest and most prestigious ballet schools in Russia, and in the world. It is the oldest theatrical school in Moscow, founded as an orphanage by order of Catherine II in 1763. It wasn't until 1773 that the first dance classes were taught at the home. It is now the school from which the Bolshoi Theatre gets the majority of its dancers, as well as most other Moscow ballet companies. The director of the academy is currently, Marina Leonova. At the school, children from ages nine to eighteen attend academic classes in addition to their rigorous dance training, using the Vaganova method. Many of them live at the in-house school dormitories.

■ 加治屋百合子(Kajiya Yuriko)
加治屋百合子,ABT的舞蹈員。今年年中剛由群舞升任獨舞員。
難得亞洲的舞蹈員終於在國際舞壇上有多點發展空間。
尤其在吉田都回歸日本後,亞洲健壇,好像除了譚元元以後,就沒啥看頭了。
這是一個日本電視台的節目,內容主要環繞百合子小姐由十七歲至今六個年頭在美國的生活,中間也有她在上海舞蹈學院的少許訪問。
舞蹈員的生涯,注定是飄泊而寂寞的吧……

■ 大紅灯籠高高掛
2004年,張藝謀導演將他的電影<大紅燈籠高高掛>改編成充滿中國氣息的現代芭蕾舞劇。當年對此劇的評語好壞參半。後來這套芭蕾舞劇出了DVD,我買了來看。感覺其實很不錯,最少我喜歡它多於如<白毛女>、<紅色娘子軍>等傳統中國芭蕾舞劇。
今天看DANCE MAGAZINE,原來此芭蕾舞劇已靜悄悄地打入了日文芭蕾舞壇。還沒有看到舞評,但我感覺覺得很好,因為中國在芭蕾舞壇上冒起得很快,也加入了很多原來沒有的中國民族特色。對於民族特色融入於芭蕾之中,這個有空另談。
但,到底這是好消息啊~ 也是身為一個中國人芭蕾舞者的驕傲。日本版的演員名單:三太太:朱妍/二太太:孟寧寧/大太太:盧恵文/老爺:楊蕾。依我所知,此劇後來也就舞蹈和情節上作了改動,新版本應該跟我手上那個版本不一樣。這次日本版是於2005年在日本公演時拍攝的,加上服飾有點不同,我猜應該是新版本吧~

■ 芭蕾公主——侯宏澜
侯宏澜几乎是悄无声息坐在我身边的。我略为尴尬地注视她,她睫毛很长。我借助她的凝神,才发觉钢琴已经加入了谈话的背景。
直到她离开,我才意识到,她真的很高。异常挺拔。
记:我知道,你最初是练民族舞的,后来转入芭蕾舞。作为一个芭蕾演员,你对芭蕾的理解是什么样的呢?
侯:芭蕾是最性感最美的艺术。它有很多形式化的东西,实际却是超现实的。这个效果很鲜明。生活很需要超现实的艺术,没这个超越,舞台上还有什么看头?刚开始转的时候很不适应,芭蕾有很多打开的动作,很难!不过,适应就好了。我挺爱美的,芭蕾动作更美。
记:有人讲过一句话,美的背后向来都是残酷的。据说,多吃一个苹果,都可能是芭蕾舞演员的灾难。
侯:(笑)训练是挺苦的。挺不高兴别人问我受过什么伤,伤疤又不是勋章,有什么好讲的。“血淋淋的”,这种词汇我向来很抗拒,这词一点儿都不美。别人看到芭蕾的美,这才是主要的。训练日程每星期只休息一天。每天必须训练。少练一天就可能漏马脚。不过,我不太虐待自己的嘴巴。没节食到过分的地步。稍为吃多了点,就跑到训练场地消耗更多的汗水。节食,太被动了。当然,芭蕾演员怎么也不能由着性子吃,吃到七分饱就成了。
记:能不能谈谈97年那次你获得了卢森堡国际芭蕾舞比赛女子独舞的金奖,它也使你更自信吧?
侯:在这之前,已经错过两次机会了。这是我第一次出国比赛。它对我的确意义重大。一幕一幕的记忆非常清晰。去之前,我曾经跑到雍和宫许愿。但开始确实对拿奖没什么想头。比着,比着,你能感觉到很多人很受震撼,特别喜欢你,这时候压力渐渐来了。尤其说好是三轮,忽然又要加赛一轮。这时候我差点顶不住了,就给妈妈打了个电话。她说,好好比赛,比完就可以回家了。(笑)我一跳完就把妆卸了。颁奖的时候,大家脸上都是很厚的妆彩,只有第一名的脸上,清淡无比。在场有很多欧洲演员的父母,都是陪着孩子来的。父母不在现场,还是有点遗憾的。
记:那你得奖之后,是不是反而能够挣脱奖项渴望更enjoy芭蕾本身呢?
侯:可能是。你渐渐会发现更多的余地和空白。特有意思。真正好的东西其实是简单的,干净,漂亮。舞台上没有多余的话,多余的人,多余的动作。一些艺术评论可能会从立意出发,强调作者的主观意图;但我更关心芭蕾所能表达的。漂亮的身体,漂亮的移动,如果不美的话,那不是我心目中的芭蕾。
记:感觉你的个性更贴近《海盗》、《吉赛尔》中感情强烈、个性奔放的角色。很难想象你饰演《红色娘子军》中吴琼花的样子。
侯:你的意思是说,我不够苦大仇深?(笑)每个剧团都有自己的保留剧目。每一个动作都是典范化的,一代代演员手把手教给下一代,传统的分量融入历史。我们的任务是复原历史,完成这代人应有的本分,不能让这个剧目在我们手里传丢了或者走形了。
当然,相比较来说,《海盗》和《吉赛尔》个人发挥的空间更多一些。你可以赋予角色自己的理解。像《大红灯笼高高挂》,这个剧目就比较前卫一些,在舞台和设计上都有很大胆的改革,我很乐意参与这样的合作。如果5年只演一部戏的话,人很容易滋长惰性的。
记:你在法国那一年,事业很顺利,却难捱乡愁回来了。你还会出去发展吗?
侯:法国的生活很安静。但我更喜欢浪尖上的生活。我们团马上又要去欧洲两个月。12月底才能回北京。以后大抵就这样了,会短期出国交流,然后就呆在自己的家里。这多好啊。
记:1米74的个儿跳芭蕾舞,相当于1米65的霍尔金娜跳体操,是不是有时觉得会太引人注目了?
侯:从某个方面来说,保持自我真的很重要。问题很多时候倒不是出在个子上。我从小学过钢琴,我踩着节奏,可是感觉很多人都比我略快了半拍。可是,大家看来,惟独我一个人慢了半拍。我后来跳独舞,矛盾就迎刃而解了(笑)。
记:太坚持自我会不会产生无所不能的幻觉呢?
侯:不大会。每个人还是有他的立足点的。在法国,导演特喜欢我,特别为我安排了一个前所未有的角色:个子娇小可爱,还是娃娃脸的那种。我演了几场就坚决辞了。那确实不是我的角色知道这个也挺重要的。

国家一级演员,中央芭蕾舞团独舞演员。曾获卢森堡第四届国际芭蕾舞大赛女子金奖,主演大型芭蕾舞剧《红色娘子军》、《海盗》,并在《天鹅湖》、《堂·吉诃德》、《睡美人》、《舞姬》、《吉赛尔》、《大红灯笼高高挂》等剧目中担任重要角色。

■ Alessandra Ferri, my favourite ballerina.
Alessandra Ferri (born in 1963) is an Italian ballerina, dancing as a Principal Dancer with the American Ballet Theatre in New York, Prima Ballerina with the La Scala Ballet in Milan, and as an international guest artist. She retired on June 23, 2007 after a 22 year career with ABT, at age 44, with a performance of Kenneth MacMillan's Romeo and Juliet at the Met. An internationally known dancer, she is widely considered one of the most famous ballerinas of the late twentieth century.
Alessandra Ferri was born in Milan, Italy, where she studied at the Teatro alla Scala until the age of 15. She then attended the Royal Ballet School, and in 1980 she won one of the three Prix de Lausanne, allowing her to continue studying at the Royal Ballet School on scholarship.
She joined the Royal Ballet in 1980 and she was made a Principal Dancer in 1984. In 1985 she was invited to join as a Principal Dancer the American Ballet Theater by Mikhail Baryshnikov who was then its Artistic Director.
Ferri appeared with the Ballet National de Marseille in the summer of 1989, where she danced in Roland Petit's Le Diable Amoureux, which Petit created especially for her. She danced other Petit's ballets such as Coppélia, La Chambre, Le Jeune Homme et la Mort and La Voix Humaine. Her guest appearances have also included dancing the role of Juliet in John Cranko's Romeo and Juliet with the National Ballet of Canada, the title role in Roland Petit's Carmen and Esmeralda in Petit's Notre-Dame de Paris with the Paris Opera Ballet, Pierre Lacotte's La Sylphide with the Ballet National de Nancy and The Tokyo Ballet, John Neumeier's A Streetcar Named Desire and The Lady of the Camellias with the Stuttgart Ballet, the title role in Alberto Alonso's Carmen with the Cuba Ballet and the title role of Kenneth MacMillan's Manon with the Kirov Ballet at the Mariinsky Theatre.
Ferri danced with the most important male dancers of her generation: Rudolf Nereyev ( in Los Angeles for his 50 birthday in 1988 ) Mikhail Baryshnikov ( also in the movie “Dancers” in 1987 ), Anthony Dowell, Patrick Dupond, Peter Schaufuss, Maximiliano Guerra, Laurent Hilaire, Manuel Legris, Julio Bocca ( her favourite ) and Roberto Bolle, which was invited by Ferri for his first time at ABT during her final season.
Ferri has two daughters, aged 9 and 5, who joined their mother on stage at her farewell performance.[1]. Their father is the Italian photographer Fabrizio Ferri.
